We know what it's like. You see stuff online, you love the look of it. You order it, it takes weeks to get here and when it does, it's rubbish. It doesn't work or it's not what you thought. You can't send it back...  that's too expensive and a big hassle.

We've just tried two products this morning that we were looking forward to bringing you but sadly they were not like we thought. They will not be going into our product list.
