We offer multiple ways to receive your goods:

1. PickUp: From our Auckland locations in Manukau or Avondale

2. Send: Any where in New Zealand

3. Drop Off: We Drop Off to your address

4. Important note: The availability of these options depends on the product, the location, stock levels, demand. All the options that are actually currently available for that product are visible on the checkout page, when you are logged in.

Further Details:

1. PICKUP- In order to PickUp you will need a valid Order Number.  This is provided once you have confirmed your purchase. We can do that via chat or you can do the order yourself

   1. You can either pre-pay or pay instore. Cash or EFTPOS is available instore.

2. SEND: Prepaid only and we can send anywhere via our delivery partners. Options and pricing for sending are available on each product page and includes insurance and tracking.

3. DROPOFF: We can drop off to your address for a $10 charge. We generally require prepayment for this and the product for first time customers.Prepayment means you receive a $5 discount.
